Privacy Policy

Nahyeh Pty Ltd (“Nahyeh”, “we”, “us”) is based in Melbourne, Australia. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy and we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We only collect what we need to run the things you ask us to:

• Early access & waitlist. Your email address, the audience you identify with (lifter, coach, or gym owner), and a referral code if you arrived through one.
• Enquiries. If you contact us, whatever you choose to send — typically your email, an optional phone number, and your message.
• Technical data.Standard, privacy-respecting usage analytics (such as page views and approximate region) that help us understand what's working. We do not build advertising profiles.

To run the early-access waitlist and let you know when it's your turn, to respond to your enquiries, to understand and improve the product, and to keep the service secure. That's it. We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your details go to our inbox and our systems — nowhere else.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and store data on our behalf — for example our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and our email tooling. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own security obligations. Some may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a comparable standard.

We keep waitlist and enquiry information for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was given — running early access and following up — and then delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of waitlist communications at any time. Email us at privacy@nahyeh.com and we'll take care of it. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We keep cookies to the essentials needed to run the site and measure aggregate usage. We don't use them to track you across other websites.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and move the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear.
