Terms of Use

Nahyeh Pty Ltd (“Nahyeh”, “we”, “us”) is based in Melbourne, Australia. “You” means anyone using our site or products.

Nahyeh is in active development. Early-access features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis: they may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature will ship. We'll do our best to give notice of significant changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nahyeh. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure — you're responsible for activity that happens through your account. Give us accurate details and keep them current.

You agree not to:

• use Nahyeh for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its content except as the law allows;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data;
• misrepresent your identity or use the service to harass or harm others.

Nahyeh provides training information and AI-generated coaching suggestions. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified professional. Strength training carries inherent risk. Use your own judgement, train within your limits, and seek medical advice before starting or changing a program — especially if you have an injury or health condition. You accept that you train at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

The site, the Yuge and Hoist products, the Nahyeh name and marks, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

You keep ownership of anything you submit (enquiries, feedback, content you create in the product). By sending us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve our products, with no obligation to you. You're responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete — treat them as suggestions, not instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, Nahyeh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service.

You can stop using Nahyeh at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we need to protect the service or other users. Terms that should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, and liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll change the “last updated” date above and make material changes clear. Continuing to use Nahyeh after a change means you accept the updated terms.
